Cheshire House, Castleton, Derbyshire, offers bed and breakfast (B&B) accommodation in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

Cheshire House is situated centrally in the historic village of Castleton.

We aim to provide friendly yet unintrusive hospitality allowing guests to enjoy their stay at their own pace.  Cheshire House is centrally heated.

Our double ensuite bedrooms are tastefully decorated, equipped with colour television, hospitality tray, and other thoughtful extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Both newly fitted bathrooms are fully tiled with an electric shower, wash basin and toilet.

One bedroom enjoys spectacular views of Win Hill, and the other across to Peveril Castle.

Breakfast is served at your own table, in our stylish dining room.  We offer a selection of cereals and fruit juice.

Our full English breakfast includes sausages made for us by Watsons of Hope, our local butcher, and British bacon, local free range eggs, mushrooms, and tomatoes.  We are happy to offer a lighter alternative if you should prefer, perhaps scrambled, boiled eggs or beans on toast

Finally enjoy toast with various preserves, served with a choice of tea or a cafetiere of coffee.  All our produce is locally sourced if possible.

Breakfast is served from 8.30.  We may be able to serve a lighter breakfast at an earlier time by prior arrangement.
